Since founding Merger Resources in 1998, my journey as a seasoned business broker spans 25 years. Now, as I step into a fulfilling full-time business consultancy phase, I’m excited to embark on a fresh role as your dedicated business consultant within Merger Resources, doing business as Strategic Business Advisors.  I provide expert business consultancy for buyers and sellers of businesses.

Though I’ve chosen to transition away from listing and selling businesses, my unyielding enthusiasm for aiding business owners remains steadfast. At Strategic Business Advisors, my mission is crystal clear: to offer comprehensive consulting services centered around three pivotal areas – business valuations, business transition consulting, and expert guidance in business sales and acquisitions.
